GRAMMAR WEEKLY VOCABULARY

BOAT. A BOAT travels on the water. It's small and slow.
AVENUE. The AVENUE can be very long.
HELICOPTER. An HELICOPTER flies over the city. It can land in very small spaces.
BUS STOP. In the BUS STOP I wait for my bus.
HOT-AIR BALLOON. A HOT-AIR BALLOON it's large and round. It has a basket to hold people. It flies in the sky.
CROSSING GUARD. Some schools have CROSSING GUARD to help children cross the street safely.
SHIP. A SHIP travels on the water. It's very big.
CROSSWALK. All streets and avenues have yellow lines call CROSSWALK.
SUBMARINE. A SUBMARINE travels under water. It can be big or small.
SIDEWALK. WE all walk on the SIDEWALK not in the street or avenue.
